First time at the Bath & Body works in Florence, AL. The greeter at the front door was very nice and helpful and the store looked great. Halloween decor was out and they have some cute stuff. The specific items we came for aren’t out right now but we did find some items we liked. Good sales prices too. Cashier was not as friendly and I felt rushed. However, I’m sure I’ll be back

I love this outlet and this bbw. However everytime I come here these girls tell me they apply my coupons from my app and scan it and everything and it never works. I visit regularly from out of town ( over 4 hours) and never really notice until I get home. It's really upsetting for this to continuely happen.

Be prepared to keep 6feet from other customers while shopping. There is lots of customers this time of year and that is hard to do. They have all kinds of scented products. They have testers to find the scent you like best. Very nice store. Lots to choose from. I ended up not purchasing anything. The place smells wonderful. The store is real nice!
