The Staff are absolutely wonderful people! The B&BW at the Gates of Prosper is by far the most neat and organized store and the products are always easy to find. What amazes me is that even on the busiest days, the store associates are always welcoming and ready to answer your questions or look into your options and personally guide you through. I highly respect each and every B&BW staff member. I’ve enjoyed each and every shopping experience with them 💖

Another 5 star review for this prosper location! The store just feels right! The staff is super friendly. I came to the store to get ready for Xmas and Julie the cashier went out of her way to show me one of the new candles she thought I should look at! Loved it! She also made sure I knew about the lotion sale! I love this store everyone is so nice every time I come in. Thank you!

Went into the store to browse new products, primarily since I have a birthday gift reward to use. Employee with the blonde bob haircut stopped me time I walked in, asking what I was looking for, I told her I was browsing. She followed me to the middle of the store and as I was looking at the buy 3 get 3 free, she questioned me again and I wasn’t in the store a full five minutes. Very uncomfortable

This store and the employees deserve praise. I was welcomed by the manager when coming in and offered products. The warmth and customer service from the entire staff made a difference. Ms. Lori was excellent during check-out. Awesome job! Well-deserved praise and to be honored.

Always have a great experience coming to this location, everyone is always so helpful and makes sure you find what you are looking for. This last time I went Lori went above and beyond to help me find some scents that they no longer carry and gave me amazing recommendations based off what I told her I was looking for.
