I would like to express how happy my wife and I are with the last two framing experiences we had at the Hudson Michael's store. We worked with Shania and appreciate her knowledge, expertise and patience to turn our simple pieces of art into something spectacular. We are extremely happy with and proud of the final results. Store is always clean and tidy, but I’ve visited this store and left empty handed 3 times now in a row. The yarn is always gone, with the exception of synthetic blanket yarns. I can’t find certain sized crochet hooks ever and usually have to end up going elsewhere for these items. I’m disappointed in general with the quality of items Michaels stocks now, particularly in the jewelry making and polymer clay cutter areas. The variety and quality is lacking.

Absolute incredible experience. The staff helped me with everything I needed to find. I want to give a shout out to Shania she made me feel comfortable with the custom frame order ideas I had and also suggested some wonderful alternatives. Jennifer was also a delight to work with.. helping me find exactly what I needed. Keep up the great work everyone! Finding stores where the "younger" staff actually wants to help customers no a days is not easy.
