The owner of this place literally rushed me out of her store because she had a client in the back and then told me her candles were $30 each and she wouldn't even have a simple conversation with me like not even wanting to answer any of my questions she was just rushing me out the door And then When I was leaving, I said look you don't have to be rude. She said well you need to have a better vibe so there's something seriously wrong with that woman. I do not recommend this place.

The best botánica here in El Paso! The owners are amazing, Eric and Josie do a wonderful job, help others and care of others. Donna is an amazing employee as well! She always helps me and my family! Her work is absolutely amazing, it always helps, she always has a good attitude when attending work and customers! She’s always there helping and guiding us in the right direction!

I can always depend on Donna to help me get through whatever I am going through. She always makes me feel at ease and lets me know that we can get through what we are experiencing. She has never let me down and always made sure I got what I needed or wanted. I will continue to Trust and have Faith I'm her!!

Been seeing Eric and da family since 2009 and I'm in California and they are like family he has saved my life and what they do is unexplainable but real. He is my go to person when I'm in need and yes phone visits do work as well....doesn't matter how far you are from Eric or close you will be healed just gotta believe in him and let him heal you as he has done for me .....
