This week we're featuring Bluewick and sharing the love by giving out 3 Bluewick candles. Below are the various ways you can win:

  • Facebook Raffle: The inspiration for the fragrances for Bluewick candles are from Art's memories as a child. If you could create a fragrance to represent a special memory, what memory would you select and what fragrances would you use? Join our Facebook Page and earn a raffle entry when you post your answer on our wall by 2/13/11.

  • YouTube Raffle: Subscribe to our YouTube channel and earn 1 raffle entry when you answer the question in our Bluewick YouTube video. You must post your answer as a comment to the video in YouTube by 2/13/11.

  • Blog Raffle: Bluewick changed the packaging on most of their collections to an clear jar with screw top lid. The new design is efficient and eco-friendly. 3. I would design candles with vintage inspired packaging in creme, black, and gold. I would want the containers to look non-traditional, because I like when my candles can double as decor for my table.

  8. I would use old containers found in old markets! like re using a bottle that once had hold a lovely cologne that now doesn't exist anymore. if that would be difficult to do , then I would use glass imitating those simple bottles with a stop pointer in glass as if inside instead of a candle there was liquid.

  10. I would used recycled glass, the way companies are starting to make kitchen backsplashes and countertops. The vessels could be mosaic print, or just a solid color, but each vessel would be created from recycled glass and materials and each vessel would be a unique work of art.

  11. Ohhhhhh I LOVE Caitlin's idea! Awesome! Love the mosaic vessel idea the most. I was just looking at mosaic tiles in Michael's and was thinking they would make beautiful candle containers if someone could put it together nicely! :))

I would go with a really simple container. I would want a frosted smokey glass. I like dark, thick glass far more then clear-glass. The packaging would be important too.
